Meet Jordan Your Health and Wellness Facilitator
My work is firmly rooted in the practical realities of your everyday experiences. By using generalization-forward strategies, I ensure that the insights and skills we develop together extend far beyond our sessions.
A Kind Space for Your Growth
I am deeply committed to neuro-affirming and trauma-informed support. Whether navigating chronic health goals or artistic expression, your identity is honored here. My multifaceted background ensures every session is adapted to your sensory profile, weaving together varied skills to help you flourish.
Background & Orientation
I’m a health educator, researcher, and life coach who has spent years working alongside folx with diverse support needs and learning preferences in schools, nonprofits, and research settings. I currently support a large, NIH-funded study on social connection and sex education for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and I’ve collaboratively designed and led many neuro-affirming programs across New York and Texas. My background includes graduate training in music and human learning and ongoing study in music therapy, plus peer-reviewed work and creative projects that connect disability, health, and the arts.
My approach is person-centered, cross-disability, and humanistic, rooted in inclusive education and the arts. I draw on experience in advocacy, program design, and sensory-friendly concerts to support people through a lens of reciprocity and shared affinity. In practice, that means I slow down, use clear language, and invite curiosity—so people can explore social skills, sexuality, and health in ways that feel safe, self-directed, trauma-informed, and grounded in dignity.

Let’s partner to build simple, steady routines. We can create meal habits that work for your sensory needs, find movement that feels good, and set up better sleep cycles. Together, we’ll practice handy tools for managing stress and break big health dreams into tiny, doable steps that actually fit your life. Each session is $75, with the option to blend musical or social support at no extra cost.
Inclusive music instruction and therapeutic recreation for neurodiverse learners. Please note that while I am currently studying music therapy, my current offerings are focused on musical joy and skill-building rather than clinical music therapy. Each hour costs $75, with the option to blend wellness support at no extra charge. For example, this might look like music appreciation and relaxation, learning idioms or favorite songs on voice or drums, songwriting, digital music production, and more.
